Matches v Liverpool Society 2024 (by invitation from the Captain of Captains)
Monday June 10th at Childwall Monday July 1st at Portal
Captain Rosemary thanks all those Captains who represented West Cheshire at Childwall. Sadly, the Liverpool Society were victorious. However a good day was had by all.
West Cheshire Past Captains joined up at Portal GC to meet the Past Captains of the Liverpool Society for their home match. The day was fine and there was a certain buzz in the air. We were wanting to seek a small portion of revenge for the defeat in the away match. Everyone seemed up for the challenge. As the matches arrived in, it was very exciting. One by one, a 'win', and sure enough at the end of the match, West Cheshire were the winners, 5-2. The day was crowned by a lovely meal in great spirit, Everyone acknowledged what a good day it had been.
